Mulled Haskap Apple Cider

Slow down into fall with a warm, spiced cider.

As summer winds down and the air starts getting crisp, there’s nothing like a comforting cup of hot cider. With the addition of haskap berry juice, this quintessential fall drink has a tart kick and a deeper colour.

Hygge has become a buzzword in the past years, but if you’re not familiar it basically all boils down to coziness. It’s a Danish word that conveys a lifestyle of acknowledging the coziness and charm of simple and ordinary moments. When it comes to fall, one of my favourite ways to soak in the moment is by being outdoors. But with the weather cooling down, a hot drink is the perfect companion for brisk mornings and evenings.
