Haskap Balsamic Dressing

It’s Time You Start Dressing Up Your salad!

Nothing screams summer more than a grilled chicken salad loaded with strawberries and a fruity dressing! Give our haskap balsamic dressing a try!

Vibrant salad drizzled with pink haskap dressing.

Kitchen Equipment:

Measuring cups and spoons, blender

Ingredients:

  • 12 haskap berries, fresh or frozen

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • dash of salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Drizzle on top of your favorite summer salad.

For our salad, we used grilled chicken breast, spinach, spring mix greens, sliced strawberries, slivered red onion, pecans, and feta.

Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks. Also great on a salad with salmon!
