Haskap Brie Pull-Apart Bread

Serves: 6 - 8

 

Ingredients
Filling:

1 loaf of sourdough bread

1⁄2 cup butter

1⁄2 cup pecans

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 cup Brie cheese

1⁄2 cup haskaps


1. Heat up oven to 350°F

2. Slice the bread horizontally and vertically to create 1 inch cubes,

3. being careful not to slice all the way through the bread.

4. Melt the butter and mix it with brown sugar.

5. Pour evenly on top of the loaf, trying to get the butter inside the bread.

6. Press haskaps into the holes with pieces of brie cheese.

7. Crush the pecans into small pieces and add inside the bread.

8. Place into oven for approximately 15-20 min or until golden brown.

9. Serve warm.
