HASKAP & HONEY DRESSING RECIPE
Your Salad Needs a Flash of Haskap!
The burst of haskap flavor, slight sweetness, and bold color compliment shredded mozzarella, sliced mushrooms or goat cheese on top of a spinach salad.

Ingredients
1/2 cup haskaps
1 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ tbsp. grated onion
1/3 cup lemon vinegar*
1/8 cup honey
1 ½ tbsp. poppy seeds crushed
1 tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. salt
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and combine for one minute.
Let the dressing flavours develop in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Served best on a classic spinach salad
*or use regular vinegar and ½ tsp. lemon zest
This recipe is very easy to make. Yes, simple can taste this good. Tip: Letting the dressing sit for a couple of hours, will release a lot of the flavors.
