Haskap Overnight Oats

Easy On-The-Go Nutrition!

In case you haven’t noticed, we love breakfast around here. But some days, you need something fast and on-the-go. Skip the drive through and instead grab these overnight oats!

Whether you need something quick post workout for yourself, or you need to nourish those growing minds before hitting that school drop off line, these overnight oats are the perfect option. Packed with fiber, healthy fats, AND protein, they are better than any drive through option.

ESTIMATED TIME:

Prep Time: 5 min (yes, they really are that easy!)

Jar of oats topped with haskaps.

Makes:

Roughly 2 cups

Kitchen Equipment:

Basic measuring cups, container with lid.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice

  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen haskaps

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Stir together all ingredients, except haskaps, right in your container.

  2. Add haskaps on top of oat mixture.

  3. In the morning, top with desired toppings (shaved coconut, peanut butter, chopped almonds, etc.). Heat up oats prior to eating if desired, or eat cold.

These oats keep so well in the fridge. Prep a week at a time, securing containers with lids.
