Haskap Stuffing

Ingredients

4 cups sourdough bread 

1 cup vegetable stock 

2 tbsp butter 

½ onion 

2 celery stalks 

1 apple 

1 tbsp dried sage 

1 tbsp dried thyme 

½ cup haskaps 

1 tsp black pepper 

1 tbsp olive oil


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until well mixed.

  2. Transfer the mixture onto a plate or bowl.

  3. Top with fresh haskaps.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and a touch of honey.
